The Simrad GC80 Gyro is the ideal solution for the advanced DP system required in the offshore industry.

A combination of a Dual system and an Expanded System, consisting of three gyrocompasses together, will provide a vessel with all the heading and control information necessary for effective operations in the most difficult conditions.

The standard range of interfaces can be easily expanded to provide signals for all boat applications. The distribution of power and heading signals from the control units allows for practical installation and easy retrofitting.

The MK2 version complies with the BAM (Bridge Alert Management) regulation including on the panel: alarm led, warning led and caution led.
